House rules

Dear guests,

We warmly welcome you to Beach House Croatia and look forward to your stay! So that you and future guests can feel comfortable with us, we ask you to adhere to the following rules and thank you for your understanding.

 

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • These house rules are linked to the rental agreement and compliance with the house rules is also a prerequisite for the rental agreement. Failure to comply with these house rules may have consequences such as a deduction of the rental deposit.
  • All guests must follow these house rules and other instructions from the landlord.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Arrival is from 4 p.m.
  • On departure, we ask our guests to vacate their accommodation by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
  • Further regulations for departure can be obtained from reception.


CLEANING

  • We ask you to keep the house clean at all times and to remove any stains you have caused. Please put the used dishes back in the cupboards.
  • Please leave the accommodation swept clean and in the same condition in which you found the Beach House on your departure.

 

DAMAGES

  • All damages must be reported to the landlord/manager as soon as possible. Failure to report any damage incurred may result in a deduction from the deposit.
  • To avoid damage, no furniture may (without prior agreement) be moved from one room to another.
  • Towels may not be stolen from the apartment (e.g. for use on the beach).

 

PARKING

  • Guests and their visitors must comply with the parking regulations and respect the vehicles and parking lanes of the neighbors.

 

WASTE SEPARATION

  • Please dispose of waste in accordance with local waste separation regulations and in the designated containers.

 

VOLUME

  • Guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of children at all times;
  • Guests and their visitors should behave quietly and not cause excessive noise, especially at night between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and on arrival and departure;
  • Excessive noise is prohibited at all times of the day or night and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction of the vacation rental and possible additional charges that will be deducted from the security deposit;
  • We ask our guests and their visitors to treat local residents and neighbors with respect.

 

VISITORS

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that this number of visitors is not exceeded and that visitors comply with these house rules.
  • Additional overnight guests must be announced in advance (during the booking) and accepted by the landlord. Additional costs may apply.

 

SECURITY

  • Every time you leave home it is your responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed to ensure security and prevent rain and water damage.
  • Lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices must be turned off when not in use to conserve energy. It is not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the house.

 

SMOKING

  • Smoking is not allowed in the house;
  • Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of and not thrown on the property. Otherwise a deduction from the deposit will be made.

 

PETS

  • Pets are only allowed with the consent of the homeowner.

 

KEYS

  • Lost keys must be reported immediately.
  • In the event of loss, the tenant is liable and must bear the costs for replacing the entire locking system.

 

VALUABLES

  • The landlord/manager is not liable for valuables or the cloakroom.

 

EVENTS

  • Parties and other large gatherings are not allowed in this vacation rental;
  • At any small gathering, guests must adhere to volume and attendance guidelines.

AGREEMENT

Violation of these House Rules is in breach of the Rental Terms as per the Rental Agreement. The vacation rental owner and/or manager reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and evict any guest or visitor who refuses to abide by these house rules or who is a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
